Thermal Camera
Thermal Camera
High-resolution thermal imaging for infrastructure monitoring
ADTS has developed a compact and lightweight Thermal Inspection System (TIS) designed to detect humidity, material inconsistencies and thermal anomalies in railway and industrial infrastructure (including tunnel ceilings, concrete structures and critical components).
At the core of the system is a thermal camera, able to detect subtle temperature variations in real time. By combining thermal and visible imaging, the system offers an advanced non-contact solution for detecting anomalies invisible to the naked eye.

Key Features
Dual-Band Imaging
- Combines infrared (IR) and visible light imaging for enhanced structural analysis
- Detects subsurface features and temperature-related anomalies not visible in standard cameras
Precision and Versatility
- Operates at 30 Hz with up to 640×480 thermal image resolution
- Performs reliably in indoor/outdoor environments, including tunnels and areas with high humidity or variable lighting
Real-Time Monitoring with Machine View
The Machine View feature delivers a forward-facing thermal perspective, aligned with the operator’s direction of movement. This enables live anomaly detection during inspections in dynamic environments such as:
- Tunnels, bridges and pipelines
- Industrial or enclosed structures
- Areas with low visibility or rapid motion
