The project involves the design, production, and commissioning of a dual imaging system for comprehensive track condition monitoring.

System Configuration

The solution includes two advanced configurations of Track Imaging:

  • Side Rail Imaging:
    4 high-resolution HRS units mounted for capture of the rail head and fishplates from lateral angles.

  • 3D Full Track Imaging:
    3 integrated V3DS modules, enabling full 3D acquisition of the rail, sleepers, fasteners, and ballast.

These imaging systems are paired with proprietary ADTS software capable of collecting, recording, and displaying high-definition image data in real time. Operators can zoom, replay, and analyze captured images directly onboard.

Defect Detection and AI Diagnostic

The solution includes advanced diagnostic software for automatic defect recognition and AI-powered analysis.

The software automatically detects and identifies:

  • Rail surface anomalies such as scratches, weld defects and peeling

  • Fastener issues (e.g. torsion errors, missing or broken bolts)

  • Fishplate defects (fracture, loosening, or absence)
